I’m writing this review of recommendation for my Real Estate Agent Eddie Alahwal. He assisted me with the sale of two income property’s in Sacramento CA in 2021/2022. I have worked with several agents on real estate transactions over the years, and can say with confidence, that Eddie is the best agent/ broker I have ever used.Eddie has the qualities that make him an extremely successful and effective broker. I can’t say enough about his professionalism and knowledge within the industry. He has high integrity and is very conscientious and tenacious, always keeping the clients best interests in mind. Our real estate sale was a small transaction relative to the size of properties and transactions Eddie normally handles, as well as being further away from his normal sales area, but he treated me with the same professionalism and courtesies one would expect for a very large transaction. Some of Eddie’s qualities I respected the most was his no-nonsense style, coupled with the feeling of ease that he will get the transaction done.Eddie is extremely responsive to questions, often responding immediately to calls/emails/texts. He shows great attention to the details enabling the transaction to get done. I have the highest level of confidence in him. Our transactions went very smoothly and we closed on time, each time. We did have one issue with a tenant, totally out of Eddie’s hands, and he showed great follow through and perseverance to complete the transaction. He followed up many times with me until the issue was resolved.As mentioned above, Eddie represented me on the seller’s side of transactions. I also would not hesitate to use him as my agent if I were purchasing a property. I have the highest level of confidence in him and feel he would be able to properly assess any situation and figure out an effective solution. My wife and I were referred to Eddie by a family member who he helped find a home for and our experience was great. He referred us to a great lender that had pre approved us within days and so we were ready to start looking for our new home. We wanted to stay in the Peninsula, preferably Pacifica since we lived here so long and as soon as Eddie knew our price range and what we were looking for, everyday he was sending us emails of listings. Within days he has us scheduled to see those listings and others while following CDC guidelines in the process. While taking tours of these properties, Eddie was always giving us tips on how to turn the propety into a home. In a nutshell, Eddie is what every home buyer wants in an agent: honesty, integrity, patience, understanding, and tenacity. We had a bad experience with an aggressive agent from our neighborhood who was quite obviously colluding with other agents to drive up prices in our area (she was a sell-side agent who was 'doing us a favor' to work on the buy side for us). I was thoroughly disgusted with her unethical behavior, as she pushed us several times to offer more than a property was worth and more than we could afford. When we refused, she suggested that we look in Oakland, putting us down for being normal people who don't have trust funds. When we fired her and hired Eddie, our search for a place close to our old neighborhood that we could afford suddenly became much easier. Eddie was respectful of our limits and never once pushed us to go beyond our comfort zone. He went out of his way to make sure the timing of our offer was strategically beneficial to us, and we ended up with a lovely property with great bones in a neighborhood that suits us well. My fiancé and I were in the market for a home in the Daly City,Pacifica, and South San Francisco area. As soon as were pre-approved for a loan, he immediately began sending us listings within our budget and that were in our ideal location. He was always on time (actually even early!) to any planned meeting. Eddie came to open houses with us, showed us homes in the evening to accommodate our busy work schedules, and was always more than eager and enthusiastic to help us. He showed us things that were red flags, minor fixes, and things we would not have necessarily paid attention to. (For example: a large tree in the backyard that could pose a safety hazard, barking dogs next door, possible mold in rooms, bad foundational work, etc.) Eddie has an amazing attention to detail and a keen eye when looking at homes.

During this extremely stressful process, Eddie was always cool, calm, collected, and professional. He never gave up, which sometimes my fiancé and I felt like doing. The best part about working with Eddie is that he is very patient and we never felt pressured to do something we were not comfortable with. He always has his client’s best interest in mind. He is diligent, persistent, helpful, and really goes above and beyond!
After only a little more than a month of looking at homes, Eddie helped my fiancé and I purchase our dream home in our ideal location AND without going over our budget!
